Are you guys appointment based only?

  • Yes.

Do you accept walk-ins?

  • We accept walk-ins if our schedules aren’t booked. If we have a slot free we will tell the customer to come back for that specific time slot.

What if I’m late for my appointment?

  • The latest time our barbers will accept your appointment would be up to 10 minutes after your appointment time. However, each barber varies and its best to contact your barber before hand if you are going to be late.

How Should i prepare myself before my haircut?

  • Please come hat and product free with washed hair, that way your barber can cut your hair without the difficulty of bed head & styling product in your hair.

What should i do when i arrive for my appointment?

  • Upon arrival, please tell the barber closest to the front door who you have your appointment and time with.

Why are we cash only ? 

  • Our barbers are on chair rent. Meaning it’s up to them as to how they wanna accept payments.

What if there are no slots available? 

  • Simply means we are fully booked. You can always contact your barber directly for after hours/squeeze ins at extra cost.
